At Legacy Healthcare Services, we utilize evidence-based clinical care to transform the lives of residents and empower them to live a life full of purpose, safety, and dignity. We work to improve the health of senior adults so they may live life the way they want to.

Physical therapy is designed to re-educate muscles. Our physical therapists and physical therapist assistants (also called PTs and PTAs) work with seniors to increase or maintain strength, activity levels, and balance. Treatment programs focus on improved mobility and function in their daily life and decreasing the risk of falls. Our physical therapists are experts in manual treatment, structured exercise delivery, and education. Their interventions enhance the independence and quality of life of our residents by improving mobility, strength, endurance, and balance. Physical therapy focuses on large muscle movements. Our therapists work with each resident to develop an individualized plan of care based on their needs. Treatment plans are tailored to each resident’s/client’s cognitive functional level to ensure the best outcomes.

The PTs and PTAs below were recognized by their team members as being outstanding assets to the residents and communities we serve. Thank you to all of our therapists who go above and beyond each day. We truly appreciate you!
